Hi there! I’m a sedentary internet jockey by day – a health nut into juicing, yoga, and transformation when not working. Actually, I work a lot and found I needed a good healthy source of energy.  This is my blog. I haven’t always been into health – in fact, I abused my body for years with poor diet, lack of excersise, too much partying – you know the typical American deal.  I live in Minneapolis, and Winters can cause a slower activity schedule – which didn’t help either.  I finally managed to get myself totally out of shape and decided to do something about it.  I discovered juicing and some other cool stuff that turned my life around and has me a middle aged man living a fuller life than I ever have.  You can too.  I am going to share some of my best juicing recipes for weight loss and energy here.  They taste great and make you feel beyond Awesome.

Get ready for some transformation!

This is how low carb burns fat: Your liver gets the protein, but your liver needs fuel in order to crovent the protein into the glucose your body needs. That fuel is the fat in your body. The body crovents the protein you eat to glucose and the fat is burned off? with the excess fat being crovented to Ketones which your body can also use as fuel. Low carb is how man ate for thousands of years until we started making all these foodstuffs with carbs in them. CARBS = FAT ON YOUR BODY
